Summary Delivery Information

Our aim is to ensure that your products are delivered to you quickly, economically and conveniently. To that end we offer you a choice of two delivery services:

Standard
United Kingdom
£4.00 Delivery 1-2 working days from order
(Royal Mail first class mail)
Rest of World
£6.00 Delivery 3-8 working days from order
(Royal Mail / local postal service)
Express
United Kingdom
£8.00 On orders placed before noon Monday-Friday, delivery next working day before 1pm
(Royal Mail Special Delivery, signature required)

As standard we send our products by Royal Mail in robust postal cartons, thereby giving the maximum protection to them in transit and ensuring that the contents are properly presented to you when they arrive. However this means that our parcels are unlikely to fit through a standard letterbox.

All our parcels are discreetly and securely wrapped with no indication of the contents; the sending company is only identified as “QoW Ltd”.

Please see our Terms and Conditions for the full details of our Delivery Policy.
